Introduction to Physical Literacy

This course introduces the concept of physical literacy, provides information about how we learn to move, and identifies the key elements of a supportive physical literacy environment.
This course is the first module in the Physical Literacy Instructor Program.The program has four modules which combine text based information, video, interactive elements, and in-person workshops for the learner to acquire the knowledge and understanding to develop physical literacy.
